Our cancellation policy

Payments for appointments must be paid in advance via our website, app or directly with the clinic.

Cancellations within 3 days of the appointment will be fully refunded.

Cancellations within 2 days of the appointment will receive a credit note towards future appointments.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of £20 or the full cost of the appointment if less than £20. Any remaining credit will be put towards future appointments.
