Acupuncture works by inserting ultra-fine sterile needles into specific acupuncture points, seeking to restore balance, and trigger the body’s natural healing response. Our Tonbridge acupuncturist specialises in acupuncture for depression, anxiety, women’s health and pain.

Your podiatrist, also known as a chiropodist, will help to prevent and remove pain, discomfort and deformities through your lower limbs. Podiatry is an established treatment recommend by the NHS to help with pain and discomfort through the feet and legs. We offer a diabetic foot service and regularly check for neurological and vascular changes to health. We also prescribe and manufacture shoe orthotics along with shoe advice.

Yoga is a practice which places focus on connecting the breath with movement and yoga poses. Yoga involves both a mental and physical practice to work towards becoming focussed, flexible and strong. At The Mind Body Clinic we offer Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Beginners Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga in our Tonbridge studio. All classes run for 1 hour.
